Est-ce que je vais payer des frais si j’annule mon voyage?
Si vous n’avez pas d’assurance annulation et que vous annulez votre voyage, vous devrez payer des frais et ceux-ci sont non remboursables.
Que veut dire le terme « FICAV » sur ma facture?

Est-ce qu’il y a des frais pour les bagages?
Les frais de bagages sont différents selon les classes de billets d’avion et les compagnies aériennes. Demandez à votre agent pour plus de détails.
Y a-t-il un code vestimentaire en croisière?
Il n’y a pas de code vestimentaire particulier en croisière. Nous vous suggérons une tenue de ville décontractée. Sur la plupart des navires, le dernier soir, il y a un souper de gala où tous sont invités à s’habiller plus chic s’ils le souhaitent.

Le passeport est obligatoire pour tous les Canadiens qui quittent le Canada pour un autre pays, que ce soit en avion ou en autocar.
